More details have come forward about the current situation surrounding Trenesha and former partner, Kurt Angle. Here's what PWTorch.com reported:
According to a report by ABC Ch. 4 in Pittsburgh, the assault and harassment charges against Kurt Angle were dropped today by judge Mary Murray due to Angle’s ex-girlfriend continuing to stay at his house for nine days after an alleged incident took place on August 6.
Both parties acknowledged an incident took place by signing a document, according to Trenesha Biggers’s attorney, but the judge dropped charges against Angle due to Biggers staying with Angle.
Biggers claimed she waited nine days to file charges with the police because she feared for her job with TNA. According to what Biggers told Ch. 4, “it took her so long to file charges because she knew that if she did, she would lose her wrestling career.” (Source: PWTorch)
Despite all of this, Trenesha claims that she doesn’t plan to give up on the case:
“We are going to push to re-file this again with the DA, which we are going to do,” she said. “We will be able to submit the confessions and voicemails and all the other evidence that we have.” (Source: Post-Gazatte.com)

ThePittsburghChannel.com is reporting that Kurt Angle was in court today for his scheduled hearing on an alleged case of harassment. The hearing was postponed when Angle's former girlfriend Trenesha Biggers aka Rhaka Khan did not appear in court. She will be given one more chance to appear in court on the rescheduled date. A previous Judge threw out the harassment charges that came forth from Angle allegedly stalked Biggers after being served with an order of protection.

On September 26th this year, Trenesha took part in the Signamania V event held in Pennsylvania alongside other superstars like Debra, Scott Hall, Dawn Marie, George "The Animal" Steele, Al Snow, X-Pac, Sunny and others. The gallery has been updated with ten pictures from the event showing her looking amazing.
There are also a couple of images in the fan submission section that people who attended the event had signed by her.

Our friends at the Wrestling Globe Newsletter are reporting that several women of wrestling are to star in their own version of The Hills. The project, which Shelly Martinez tweeted about on Friday night, will star the former Diva & Knockout along with new TNA Knockout Lacey Von Erich, Rhaka Khan [Trenesha Biggers] and more. Mike Aldren reports:
An independent film maker is shooting a soap-style wrestling show that will closely resemble MTV’s The Hills.
The cast includes former WWE Divas and current TNA Knockouts including Shelly Martinez, Lacey Von Erich, Lizzy Valentine and Rhaka Khan. The pilot is Lacey as the babyface Lauren Conrad character playing against Lizzy as the heel Heidi Montag.
The main story of the first show is Lacey getting a job with TNA and some of the other girls are jealous leading to a lot of drama.
Khan also has a role talking about her recent real-life drama with Kurt Angle.
The girls shot a “fight” scene outside a bar Friday night in the South Bay region of Los Angeles.
They are hoping to pitch the project as a television series to VH-1.

Rhaka Khan Officially Gone From TNA? |
Troubled Knockout, Rhaka Khan — real name Trenesha Biggers — may finally be gone from TNA. The company has now removed Khan’s profile and photo gallery from it’s official website.
Khan hasn’t been seen on TNA television for several months since her relationship with Kurt Angle soured. In August, she had the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion arrested on charges that were dropped last week. Speaking following the incident, Biggers said the company effectively felt they had to choose between her and Angle and chose the former Olympic gold medallist.
Since the incident, Biggers has simply been sitting on the sidelines as TNA had no plans to bring her back. She recently told fans at a convention she had been waiting on her contract to expire. It looks as though it has finally expired or they have gone ahead and released her with the charges against Angle now dropped.
Former TNA Knockout, Shelly Martinez noted on her Twitter page that Biggers was part of filming for a new wrestling-based reality series on Thursday. Martinez and Biggers were joined by new Knockout, Lacey Von Erich and former WWE Diva, Lena Yada, among others.

Angle Found Not Guilty... |
TNA Champion Kurt Angle appeared in a Robinson Township, PA court on Tuesday morning and was found not guilty of harassing his ex-girlfriend, Trenesha Biggers (TNA Knockout Rhaka Khan). District Judge Carla Swearingen also dismissed charges of driving with a suspended license and posession of Human Growth Hormone (he had a valid prescription), which was inside his vehicle at the time of his arrest.
Biggers was present at the hearing but did not comment publicly afterward.
Angle still faces an assault charge against Biggers and will be back in court next month to defend himself. He maintains that he's never physically harmed Biggers.
After leaving the courthouse, Angle spoke to the media and said, "I will continue to live my life by the law, as I always have." To watch video of Angle's emotional comments to the media, visit ThePittsburghChannel.com.
